With Eid being a few days away, I thought of bringing the latest hijab tutorial for 2016 straight to you. Eid is a time of celebration and wherever there’s celebration, there’s normally a fancy outfit involved. You might have your Eid outfit sorted, but what about your hijab style? I have 3 styles below especially for you. If you would like to view more stunning hijab tutorials, click here
Turban Eid Hijab Tutorial For 2016
For this tutorial, you will need an undercap, rectangle scarf, chains and pins.
Place the scarf on your head with two equal lengths.
Grab both ends and take them behind your head and tie a knot.
Place the first chain on your head, folding it in half to create two bands. Place a pin between it, to keep the chain in place.
Pin down the one side.
Repeat the same process for the second chain.
Take the one side and flip it over your head and pin it down on the opposite side.
Take the other end and cover your head at the back and twist the end above your head, securing it with a pin.
Remove the pin and twist it as seen in the image above to create a round flower. Pin the end down.
The completed look.
Elegant Asymmetrical Turban Hijab Tutorial For Eid
Here is a tutorial which can be worn with a lovely formal dress. It is a turban and has a diamante headband. I decided to do an asymmetrical style to try something different.
For this tutorial I will be using a glittered rectangle scarf with a diamante headband and jeweled brooch (optional).
Place the scarf on your head with 2 equal lengths. Place it on your head at a slant and pin it to your undercap on both sides.
Place the headband on your head.
Take the one end and gather it above your head, securing it with 2 pins.
This is what it should look like from the side. Don’t worry about the hanging piece. We will be taking care of it in the next step.
Take the hanging piece we just spoke about and pull it to the top of your head and secure it with a pin. The gathers will automatically be created.
Take the other end and bring it to the top of your head, the same as in the step before. Pin it down.
Take the loose piece and pull it to the top of your head, as you have done before and pin it down.
The look is now complete.

Hijab Tutorial For Eid During Winter
Some people are experiencing winter for Eid. Unfortunately I speak from experience. Having Eid in winter means you need to have an appropriate style which will keep you warm but also look stylish. I actually will be wearing a turban style, even though it’s winter. I would rather suffer haha! But for those who want to be realistic and dress for winter, here is a front wrap with a pashmina to keep you warm and looking stylish.
For this tutorial I will be using a shimmer pashmina in green and champagne. I also have a flower headband and a non-snag hijab pin and bobble pins.
Place the scarf on your head with 2 equal lengths.
Pin it at your neck with a non-snag hijab pin.
Take the one end and flip it over your head.
Pin the loose pieces at the side to neaten it up a bit.
Place the headband on your head.
Take the last end and wrap it around your head and pin down at the side.
The look is now complete.
